Academic Calendar

KTBC operates on a Quarter System, with three terms per year:

First Quarter: January – April
Second Quarter: May – August
Third Quarter: September – November

Class Format

Each course is a 3-credit unit designed for focused learning:

Classes meet twice per week (Tuesday & Friday) for 2-hour sessions.
A 10-minute break is given each session.
This provides 24 hours of classroom instruction, completing the course in 6 weeks.
Final exams are held during the final class session.
