KTBC ADMISSIONS

KTBC admission slots are open to all, both men and women who are called to ministry and committed to deepening their theological knowledge and spiritual power. Our admissions process is designed to be clear and accessible. 

Requirements

To be considered for admission, prospective students must meet the following criteria:

• Academic Requirement: Successful completion of the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) "Form Four" with a minimum mean grade of D+.
• Probationary Admission: Candidates who do not meet the academic requirement but have a strong belief in their call to ministry may be admitted on academic probation. The probation is lifted if the student maintains at least a "C" average during their first quarter.

KTBC is dedicated to removing financial barriers for those called to God's work. We operate on a unique, generous model made possible by our faithful ministry partners:

• Student Focus: This allows our students to place their complete focus on learning God’s Word and preparing for ministry without the burden of tuition fees.
• Minimal Fees: Students are only responsible for Application fee and minimal administrative and fees.

Step 1: Confirm Your Eligibility
Before you begin, please review the Admissions Requirements to ensure you meet our criteria for acceptance.

Step 2: Download & Prepare Your Application

1. Download the official KTBC Student Application Form using the link(s) below.
2. You may fill it out digitally (on your computer) or print it and complete it by hand. Ensure all sections are filled in completely.
3. Gather all your supporting documents (see Step 3).

Step 3: Submit Your Complete Application Package
Your application must include all of the following items to be considered:

• A fully completed and signed application form.
• A certified copy of your KCSE Certificate or equivalent highest academic qualification.
• A clear copy of your National ID or Passport (bio-data page).
• One recent passport-sized photograph.
• Two completed recommendation forms (Pastoral and one other Professional/Personal). These are included in the application packet.

Submit your complete package via one of the following methods:

• Email (Preferred & Fastest): Scan all documents and send them as one PDF file to: dlitali@yahoo.com
• In Person/Post: Deliver to the Academic Dean’s Office:
  Kenya Theological Bible College,
  P.O. Box 12-50241,
  Kipkarren River.

Step 4: Await Review & Official Response
Once we receive your complete application, it will be reviewed by the KTBC Admissions Committee. You will be contacted regarding the status of your application. Successful candidates will receive a formal letter of admission.
